Contemporary flooring

Its time I hate to say for those dingy scratched floors to get a make over. If you also happen to have beaten up lino or some god-awful shag pile out the door to please.I love how changing what’s on the floor instantly transforms a space lending warmth and softness or a decorative element. Floors can handle almost any treatment so choice is really determined by lifestyle, comfort and degree of use (as if you needed me to tell you that)! Having said that I am not a fan of the laminate stuff no matter how hectic the lifestyle or how many children and dogs are in the Koop – it doesn’t impart elegance or sophistication in my humble opinion Gary Spain is a San Fran designer doing some wondrous things with floors layering animal inspired rugs over stripes to create a quirky, eclectic vibe.
